Samarth Dave is the Founder and Lead Teacher of Exhale Yoga School and Yoga by SAMARTH. Teaching yoga since 2001, he began practicing at the age of 5 under his father’s guidance and later studied through the traditional Gurukul system, including training in Rishikesh, Mysore, and various ashrams across India.

He is Level 3 Certified by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), established under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and has also contributed to yoga and medicine research associated with ICMR (Indian Council for Medical Research) as a Lead ICMR-funded & CCDC-certified Yoga Teacher.
